Sagarmatha TV is, and has been for almost three decades, a pioneer in Nepalese television program broadcasted outside of Nepal. Sagarmatha Television, founded in 1996 by Mr. Ram C. Kharel, in nation's capital of the United States of America.

Almost three decades of dedicated programming has brought into focus of various social and entertaining programs, ranging from socio-cultural program conducted from Nepalese society, interview with celebrities from Nepalese society around the globe and also covering the NRNA issues throughout the world.
